Patrick J. Carney (born April 15, 1980) is an American musician, producer and instrumentalist. In 2001, he formed The Black Keys with high school friend Dan Auerbach. He is known for his harsh Twitter personality, causing fights with Nickelback, Jack White and Justin Bieber.

Best Known For:
Being the drummer for The Black Keys.

Personal Life:
Patrick’s parents divorced when he was eight, and he split time with parents Jim and Mary in Ohio. In 2010, he moved from Ohio to Nashville, Tenn. He married Emily Ward in September 2012, in the backyard of their home. He was previously married to Denise Grollmus; the two got divorced in 2009.
