Natalie Dormer (born on February 11, 1982 in Reading, Berkshire, England) is a British actress. After high school, she went to the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London, and six months after graduation, she landed a role in Cassanova, a film released in 2005. Afterward, she spent nine months looking for new work, and during that time, she waitressed and worked an entry-level job to support herself. She finally got back on track in 2007 by landing the role of Anne Boleyn in Showtime’s The Tudors, on which she starred for two seasons. After her character was killed off, she made her stage debut, and made appearances in a few films and plays before landing the role of Margaery Tyrell on Game of Thrones in 2012. She is also known for playing Cressida in the final two Hunger Games films, and has had recurring appearances on shows like Elementary and Silk.
