Jessica Espinoza (from San Antonio, Texas) is a contestant on the second season of The X Factor. She grew up on the south side of San Antonio and had a very rough childhood. She grew up without much nutritional food or new clothes. She used her previous hardships to blow away the judges during her audition. “Wow, you are really special,” judge L.A. Reid told her after she sang. “You have certainly impressed all of us. What I really love about you is that you really dig so deeply, inside of yourself and come out with all of that emotion, yet you are not ordinary. You’re very special.”

Jessica sang P!nk’s “Nobody Knows” during Season 2 X Factor auditions, and got four “yes” votes from the judges.
Jessica is the middle child in her family, and has one older brother, and a younger sister.
