A source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY why Tate Stevens is the first ‘X Factor’ winner to perform on New Year’s Eve Live! Read on for ALL the details!
It’s been less than two weeks since Tate Stevens was crowned The X Factor winner and already his career is on the rise! The 37-year-old country singer is performing on NEW YEAR’S EVE LIVE! and HollywoodLife.com has ALL the EXCLUSIVE details on why he was chosen to kick off 2013!
‘The X Factor’ starlet may have won the competition, but she’s still fighting with the battle of the bulge. After being forced to lose weight by her new record label, a source tells HollywoodLife.com the singer is making progress.
In today’s industry, it takes more than a $5 million voice to be a star. Melanie Amaro had the chops to win The X Factor, but now her record label wants her to have a rock-on body to pair with her rock-on voice. Despite being forced into shape by music executive L.A. Reid, Melanie seems to be making process in reshaping her image.
Are you with me here? Have YOU ever gotten as deeply involved with ‘AI’ contestants as you did with X Factor’s Melanie Amaro, Josh Krajcik, Chris Rene and Rachel Crow?
I challenge American Idol to come up with a crop of “artists” as outstanding as the finalists on the first season of X Factor.
All three ‘X Factor’ finalists deserve to have big singing careers and God willing, they will. But here’s why Josh Krajcik deserves THE $5 million contract!
Josh Krajcik is anything but gorgeous and he won’t be rolling out any dance party hits, BUT here’s why HE should win – you can listen to his big, powerful, raspy voice ALL day and ALL night long.
It’s down to the semi-finals and I think it’s pretty obvious who will be eliminated before the final three!
After last week’s emotional and shocking elimination, it seemed like there was a big weight lifted off everyone’s shoulders tonight on The X Factor. With all the kids eliminated, the adults came out to play — and I think Marcus Canty will be the one left behind tomorrow, as Chris Rene, Melanie Amaro and Josh Krajcik all brought their A-games.
Yes, she’s Simon’s girl so I guess we shouldn’t be surprised. But she does have a BIG terrific voice. Guess who Simon would love to see facing her in the finale?
I thought I had my favorites figured out, but now I think rapper/singer Chris Rene might be the dark horse of the competition!
What a night on The X Factor! After last week’s abysmal Michael Jackson night, the final five performers needed to redeem themselves, and they did just that. The first half of the show consisted of “dance hits,” which were hit and miss, but the second half was a plot twist — the singers had only 24 hours to pick a song of their choosing to perform the following night — and honestly, they all shined. Sadly, Rachel Crow didn’t thrill me as much as usual — I predict she’ll be in the bottom. However, Josh Krajcik, Melanie Amaro and Chris Rene are all strong contenders for first place, in my book.
It was the first night based on audience votes, and all three of Simon Cowell’s girls KILLED it. Who is YOUR favorite so far?
Normally during American Idol season there are two or three “favorite” contestants who consistently steal the spotlight and we can take or leave the rest. However, with The X Factor, there isn’t one contestant or group in the Top 12 who sticks out like a sore thumb. Virtually everyone rose to the occasion and performed their hearts out Nov. 2. That said, since we have to be picky, I think the group Lakoda Rayne and the over 30 LeRoy Bell were the weakest contestants out of the bunch. What about you?
Melanie almost didn’t make it on the show, but she was saved by Simon at the last minute and now she’s telling HollywoodLife exclusively about her experience!
Melanie Amaro, an 18-year-old Sunrise, Florida native, did not disappoint last night when she sang Whitney Houston‘s “I Have Nothing.” HollywoodLife.com caught up with Melanie after the show, to tell us how much Simon Cowell has influenced her!
