Lindsay might not be the only Lohan spending time in jail. Her dad Michael Lohan was charged by the Southhampton, NY police on June 22 with 2nd degree harassment for allegedly attacking his fiance Kate Major.

Lohan will be formally arraigned on August 18. If he fails to appear a judge can issue a bench warrant for his arrest. According to the police report (obtained by TMZ.com) Michael Lohan threatened to kill Kate Major and kicked her in the face.
