Bio:
Dusty Rhodes (born Virgil Riley Runnels Jr. on Oct. 12, 1945, in Austin, Texas) was an American professional wrestler in the WWE, who is also known as “The American Dream.” After tagging along other pro wrestlers for a few years, he broke out in a solo career in 1974. By 1977, he was wrestling for the World Wide Wrestling Foundation (now the WWE). Dusty is a wrestling legend in both the WWE and World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and was a three-time National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) champion. He has become known as one of the greatest minds and captivating figures in the sport, becoming a hero to his fans due to an incredible work ethic and charismatic character. Dusty is one of only six men who has been inducted into the Hall Of Fames for the WWE, WCW, Professional Wrestling and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. His two sons, Dustin and Cody, also entered the world of wrestling, becoming known as Goldust and Stardust, respectively. Sadly, Dusty passed away at the age of 69 on June 11, 2015.

Personal Life:
Dusty married his fist wife, Sandra, in 1965, but they divorced ten years later. He married Michelle Rubio in 1978, and together, they had four children, sons Dustin and Cody and daughters Teil and Kristin. Dustin and Cody took after their father and went on to become prominent names in the WWE, known as Goldust and Stardust. He also had three grandchildren at the time of his death.
