Bio:
Sawyer Fredericks is a singer-songwriter from Fultonville, New York, and the season 8 winner of competition reality series, The Voice. He grew up on a farm in upstate New York, and began playing the guitar in 2010, going on to write over three dozen complete songs. His mom encouraged him to sign up for open mics, which he started performing in at age 12. In 2012, he recorded his first demo CD, which included six original songs. The following year, in June 2013, Sawyer released his album, Out My Window, which had 15 original songs. The talented young singer-songwriter was coached by Pharrell Williams on The Voice, and was declared the season 8 winner on May 19, 2015.

Sawyer is best known for competing on the eighth season of NBC’s The Voice. His win grants him a record contract and $100,000.
Personal Life:
Sawyer lives on a small farm in upstate New York with his parents and two older brothers. He’s also a huge fan of hats!
