Phil Costa (born in Pennsauken, New Jersey, on July 11, 1987), is an NFL football center and guard for the Dallas Cowboys. He signed with the Cowboys after he was not drafted in the 2010 draft. Even after suffering a strained ligament on August 24, 2011, Costa became the starting center for the Cowboys in 2011.
