Patrick Wilson (born Patrick Joseph Wilson in Norfolk, Virginia on July 3, 1973) is an American actor and singer. He began his Broadway stage career in 1996. He appeared in the musicals Oklahoma!, The Full Monty, and Tenderloin. On television, he played Joshua on HBO’s Girls. He is also known for his roles on Angels In America and A Gifted Man. His film credits include Phantom of the Opera, Watchmen, The Alamo, Young Adult, Prometheus and Insidious.
