Bio:
Madeline Stuart (born November 13, 1996 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia) is an Australian model. Madeline was born with Down syndrome, as well as three holes in her heart and a leaky valve. Though people would often tell Madeline and her mother that she shouldn’t be out in public, Madeline was determined to prove them wrong. She did so in a big way when her social media accounts went viral in early 2015. The surge of popularity and support led to Madeline’s early career to explode. She modeled for fitness brand Manifesta and was named the face of a new signature handbag line from everMaya. Madeline scored her dream job when she was asked to walk at New York Fashion Week on behalf of the Christopher Reeve Foundation. Madeline looks to make the modeling world more inclusive, acting as an inspiration for others with disabilities.

In addition to modeling, Madeleine enjoys to dance, play sports and perform. She cites actress Jamie Brewer as an inspiration, as Jamie was the first person with Down syndrome to ever walk the runway at New York Fashion week. She also enjoys watching Ellen DeGeneres and would love to meet Lady Gaga.
