Lil Kim (born Kimberly Denise Jones in Brooklyn, New York on July 11, 1974), is an American rapper, singer-songwriter and actress. She was discovered by The Notorious B.I.G. in 1995. She has had 3 platinum albums. She has one Grammy. In 2005, she served a year long prison sentence for lying to a jury about her friends’ involvement in a shooting four years earlier.
