Jillian Michaels (born February 18, 1974 in Los Angeles, California) is an American personal trainer, businesswoman, author and television personality. She is the star of the NBC shows The Biggest Loser and Losing It with Jillian, and has appeared on the talk show The Doctors. She is also known for the BODYSHRED workout method, and has written several books, including the bestsellers Master Your Metabolism and Unlimited. She currently stars on E!’s Just Jillian.

Personal Life:

Jillian realized she was bisexual at age 18. She has two children with her fiancee Heidi Rhoades; the couple became engaged in March 2016. Their daughter, 2, was adopted in May 2012, and Rhoades gave birth to their son the same month.
