Jean-Paul Goude (born Jean-Paul Goude in Saint-Mande, Paris, France, on December 8, 1940) is a world famous photographer, started his career as the art editor of Esquire Magazine in 1968. He became very famous for photographing model, Grace Jones in the 70s, and they also dated. Jean-Paul was also one of the first to photoshop before there were computers. He also wrote a famous book called, Jungle Fever, that was considered to be very controversial. Goude made headlines in 2014, for photographing reality star, Kim Kardashian for the cover of Paper Magazine, where they recreated the 1976 photo, Carolina Beaumont. His photographs can be found in publications like: Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair and V.
