Emile Hirsch (born Emile Davenport Hirsch in Topanga, California on March 13, 1985) is an American actor. His extensive film credits include The Girl Next Door, Lords of Dogtown, Alpha Dog, Into The Wild, Milk, Lone Survivor, Taking Woodstock, Savages, and The Darkest Hour. As a kid, he appeared on TV’s Kindred: the Embraced; Sabrina, the Teenage Witch and NYPD Blue. He appeared in the television miniseries Bonnie & Clyde as Clyde. He has been nominated for multiple Screen Actors’ Guild Awards and film critics’ awards. Emile also writes poetry and screenplays. In Jan. 2015, Emile attacked movie exec Daniele Bernfeld at a Sundance event in Park City, Utah. He was charged with assault. In Aug. 2015, Emile pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charges and he was sentenced to 15 days in jail.
