The cat’s out of the bag! Or, rather, the banshee’s out of the bag. Teen Wolf fans were thrilled by the big reveal of what Lydia really is, but no one was more relieved than Holland Roden herself. “[Creator] Jeff Davis loves to put things off till the last second,” Holland told HollywoodLife.com on Aug. 1 at the 2013 Young Hollywood Awards. “It’s nice now that there’s an actual reason behind the mania.”
Whether or not you’re actually at San Diego Comic Con (jealous) or you’re glued to your computer watching the livestream of panels, there’s no doubt about the copious amount of hotties heading to the entertainment bonanza. From Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder to Hunger Games stud Liam Hemsworth, we have rounded up our favorite Comic-Con eye candy for your viewing pleasure.
We were already super pumped about Dylan O’Brien‘s upcoming movie The Maze Runner, but after the July 18 Comic-Con panel for the film, we’re more excited than ever! Dylan, along with the director, producer, and author, sat down to preview the movie — and by the end, we were begging for the first trailer.
If you’re a true Teen Wolf fan, you know how much Jeff Davis and his tight-lipped cast of brooding transformers hate letting spoilers slip out — so they decided to let an action-packed new trailer do it for them! A 90-second video was screened during the show’s July 18 panel at Comic-Con, and now it’s online for our viewing pleasure. (Warning: You’re in for a bumpy couple of weeks.)
The Maze Runner, based on the book series by James Dashner, is sure to become your next big-screen obsession. HollywoodLife.com has five reasons why the film adaptation, coming out Feb. 2014, is going to be absolutely fantastic — you know, besides just having Dylan O’Brien on a giant screen.
I often find myself defending Teen Wolf to my non-viewing friends by saying things like, “Listen, I know it has ‘Teen’ in the title, but it’s not that angsty.” Then came the July 8 episode, in which Scott (Tyler Posey) and the rest of his pubescent pack were so overcome by their inner demons that that they all tried to kill themselves. So as cool and creepy as the episode was, my “it’s not that angsty” argument is hereby null and void.
Teen Wolf executive producer Jeff Davis had himself a little Sunday Funday on June 30, answering fans’ questions on the show’s official Tumblr page, and revealing some pretty epic spoilers in the process.
