Duke Williams (born Michael Williams on October 15, 1990 in Monroe, Louisiana) is an American professional football player. Duke grew up in Reno, Nevada, playing for the Hug High School football team. He was a three-sport standout who received 12 varsity letters in football, basketball and track and field. He was an accomplished track athlete, winning the 100 meters rally at the 2009 Northwest Invite. Rivals.com listed Duke as a two star recruit and his only scholarship offer came from the University of Nevada in Reno. In 2009, Duke enrolled into the school and began playing for their football team. As a freshman, Duke was third on the team for tackles. He continued to develop his skills at the Safety position, achieving 106 tackles in his senior year. The Buffalo Bills drafted Duke in the 2013 NFL Draft. In 2014, Duke recorded his first career interception when he picked off a pass from New York Jets quarterback, Michael Vick. Duke Williams ran into a different kind of defense in July 2015. After months of sending Twitter Direct-Messages to adult movie star, Mia Khalifa, she posted a screenshot of the messages to her Twitter, embarrassing the football player. Duke responded that he kept things PG and was inviting her to a public pool party.

Duke was reportedly romantically involved with Erica Dixon of the television show, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. Duke’s interests off the football field involve cars, clothes, shoes, and video games. He’s also a fan of soccer, supporting Barcelona.
