Chelsea O’Donnell (born Chelsea Belle O’Donnell) is the daughter of Rosie O’Donnell and Kelli Carpenter. She has two siblings from both of her moms, Blake Christopher O’Donnell, and Vivienne Rose O’Donnell. She was in the media March 2015 when her biological mother, Deanna Micoley, accused Rosie of kidnapping Chelsea from her and sold the story to The National ENQUIRER.

Personal Life:
Chelsea went missing on Aug. 11 2015 and it was reported by her mother Rosie a week later on Aug. 18. She left home with her 6 month old therapy dog named Bear and was reportedly not taking her medication.
