Are Scott Disick and Amelia Hamlin getting serious? The 37-year-old Talentless founder and 19-year-old model were spotted out and about last week checking out the most stunning homes in Los Angeles’ affluent Holmby Hills neighborhood. The pair met-up and toured some of the gorgeous abodes together, making their first stop at an estimated $78 million home on South Mapleton Drive. Scott also appeared to have interest in a lavish $115 million mansion in Olwood Estate. The twosome were accompanied by a group and checked out two more homes. The photos of Scott and Amelia seemingly house hunting comes as speculation surrounding their romance is beginning to heat up. The pair have been linked since they were spotted at the same Halloween party nearly two months ago. Since then, their potential romance has escalated, with Scott recently leaving a flirty comment on one of Amelia’s Instagram posts.

In the image, which Amelia shared to her Instagram on December 16, the gorgeous daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin posed for the camera while sporting a gorgeous, glossy lip. “Almost 2021 lookin like….” she captioned the sultry snap. Scott took to the comment section, writing, “8 to a 12 real quick.” Amelia responded to Scott’s comment by saying, “5 to 20.”

While the flirty back and forth was definitely cute, the romance doesn’t appear to be escalating quite as fast as some fans might think. “Scott isn’t looking to get into a relationship at this point, but he’s having fun casually hanging out with Amelia when he can,” a source close to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared EXCLUSIVELY with HollywoodLife. “Of course he thinks she’s attractive, what guy wouldn’t,” they continued.

“But as far as a serious commitment or anything, that’s not what he’s interested in or where he sees this going and he feels they’re on the same page.
