John Legend, 41, couldn’t help but get flirty and respond to Chrissy’s Instagram photo after the latest live show of The Voice season 19. “Don’t mind if I do,” John commented. Chrissy replied, “Hoooooooooooly sh*t dude!” John and Chrissy are couple GOALS!
The past couple of months haven’t been easy for John and Chrissy. Chrissy was pregnant with the couple’s third child and suffered a pregnancy loss about halfway through her pregnancy in late Sept. 2020. She had been hospitalized prior to the loss due to heavy bleeding. They named their son Jack.
Two months after their tragic loss, Chrissy opened up about the devastating grief she’s been feeling. “When I’m old and grey, I will look back on the last two months as being brutal, exhausting, sad, physically challenging, mentally painful b*tches of a couple months,” she wrote on Instagram. “But I refuse to not find humor in both the rage-fits and the outfits. I already see the leaves as orange instead of grey, realized the sky is indeed blue and not black and horn honks on my forced morning walks only bring me to my knees half the time.”
Chrissy recently celebrated her 35th birthday on Nov. 30. John posted the sweetest message about the love of his life on Instagram. “We celebrate my queen today. Happy birthday, my darling. My love for you is infinite and unconditional. Thank you for bringing so much light and love to our family and to the world,” he wrote. The love John has for Chrissy is unconditional, and he’s not shy about showing it!
