Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s son Saint is being showered with love on his 5th birthday! The 40-year-old SKIMS founder took to Instagram to pen a sweet tribute to her little boy, along with an adorable set of photos snapped on their recent Lake Tahoe getaway. “My baby Saint turns 5 today. One of my life’s soul mates,” Kim began her post, shared on Saturday, Dec. 5.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star then revealed she has a unique birthday tradition for her each of her kids, including Saint and his siblings North, 7, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 1. “Every year I interview my kids and ask them the same exact questions about life,” she revealed, complimenting her newly-turned 5-year-old. “Saint- I can’t wait to see how you’ve grown and how you answers these questions as a 5 year old and show them to you when you’re big,” she went on.
Kim also acknowledged celebration challenges around having an in-person birthday party for her son due to COVID-19. “I know a drive- by party isn’t ideal but it’s our times and you are so excited! You are always so joyful and bring so much joy into my soul every single day. You will always be my baby boy. Enjoy your golden bday this year Sainty! #5onthe5th!!!” she gushed.
The KarJenner clan celebrated Kourtney Kardashian‘s 41st birthday with an outdoor, social distanced drive-by, however, held in-person bashes for Kim’s 40th as well as Kendall Jenner‘s 25th in Los Angeles. Kim also treated her friends and family to a ritzy getaway on a private island, where she asked all guests to quarantine ahead of time and COVID-tested ahed of the trip.
Saint’s grandmother Kris Jenner, 64, also celebrated Saint’s birthday on social media! “Happy birthday to my sweet angel boy grandson Saint!!! You are such an incredible sweet soul and such a huge piece of my heart and I am so very proud of you!” she wrote in a touching tribute to her grandson. “I can’t believe you are five years old today and another reminder of how fast time goes by and how blessed I am to have such a big beautiful family and to be able to share life with you and your sweet smile and tender heart and amazing attitude,” the momager reflected.
“You are such a beautiful example to all of your cousins and your brother and sisters and I can’t wait to see you grow up! I love you Sainty more than you will ever imagine . You are my sunshine. I love you! Lovey xoxo,” Kris — who goes by “Lovey” to her 10 grandchildren — signed off.
Saint’s birthday is likely going to look a lot different from last year’s festive Jurassic World themed bash. Kim went all out for the extravagant birthday party, which included multiple hands-on activities including a dig site, fossil jewelry station, and take-home dino domes (a.k.a terrariums). The event also included an epic dessert table filled with green “claw” bars, an M&M covered birthday cake, sugar cookies and more.
