The search for the remaining crystals intensifies, as the Circle zeroes in on the traitor in their midst. You’ll never believe who it is! Seriously, I’m still scratching my head.
Following Jane’s death, Cassie (Britt Robertson) was trying to keep from falling apart on the April 26 episode of The Secret Circle. But in a moment of weakness, she couldn’t help kissing Adam (Thomas Dekker), who — judging by the look on his face — didn’t seem to mind all that much. That was my first clue that our young Mr. Conant remembers more about his feelings for Cassie than he was letting on.
But is the big change permanent? Because I’m kind of terrified to find out how heartbreak will affect Cassie’s already dark powers.
I hope Cassie (Britt Robertson) and Adam (Thomas Dekker) enjoyed their first — and potentially final — night together, because it’s pretty much all downhill from here. John (Joe Lando) showed up on Cassie’s doorstep on the March 22 episode of The Secret Circle to clue them into the whole your-love-is-a-curse thing. Cassie tried to play dumb, but John was basically like, “Look, I know you guys had sex last night. Your lawn is covered in dead birds!”
I’m thinking this week’s episode title, ‘Lucky,’ was all leading up to Adam & Cassie’s epic last scene.
Everyone’s first time is awkward, but can you imagine how much more awkward it would be if a gaggle of pervy birds were watching you do it from above your house? That’s how it was for Cassie (Britt Robertson) and Adam (Thomas Dekker) on the March 15 episode of The Secret Circle when they finally decided to do the dirty — but there’s really much more to the story.
The family reunion we’ve all been waiting for finally came this week!
I’ve got to say, John Blackwell (Joe Lando) looks pretty good for a guy who’s been presumed dead for more than a decade. Cassie’s (Britt Robertson) old man finally showed his face on the Feb. 16 episode of The Secret Circle, and it took less than an hour for her to try to kill him. (Is it just me, or does every girl on The CW have crippling daddy issues?)
Plus, Diana and Faye slut it up big time — while Melissa convulses on the floor.
Cassie’s (Britt Robertson) game of emotional ping-pong continued on the Feb. 9 episode of The Secret Circle — and Adam (Thomas Dekker) was, once again, this week’s winner. His prize? A mouth party with Chance Harbor’s darkest little witch! If kissing were a big deal, I might have to call Cassie a slut.
‘The Secret Circle’ served up its biggest twist since Nick’s death — and no, he’s not the one who’s secretly alive.
Is it just me, or has The Secret Circle been on fire (pun intended, whatever) since it returned from hiatus? And the Jan. 19 episode definitely kept the momentum going, as Cassie (Britt Robertson) entered Jake’s (Chris Zylka) memory to find out what really happened the night of the fire — but she ended up learning a lot more than she bargained for.
Do you think Cassie made the right choice? (Spoiler alert: I DO NOT!)
The Jan. 12 episode of The Secret Circle confirmed two things we already knew: Faye (Phoebe Tonkin) is out of her mind, and Chance Harbor High School should probably have more than one chaperone at its next dance. Beyond that, it also gave viewers something they’ve been waiting a long time for. Cassie (Britt Robertson) finally gave in and locked lips with…
Plus, Britt Robertson explains that even though Cassie ‘needs’ Jake now, Adam is still very much ‘a possibility.’
As Cassie (Britt Robertson) continues to embrace her Balcoin heritage, her dark powers will start to take their toll on the people in her life — beginning with Faye (Phoebe Tonkin)! “This week, you’ll really get to see them go toe-to-toe,” Britt tells HollywoodLife.com about The Secret Circle‘s Jan. 12 episode. “Cassie’s not digging Faye. … The level of the aggression she ends up going at Faye with is probably her darker self within.”
Crazy powers, hot grandmas, and — oh yes — Chris Zylka. What more could we ask for from the ‘Secret Circle’ midseason premiere?
2012 is going to be a dark year for Ms. Cassie Blake (Britt Robertson). Not only did she learn about her Balcoin heritage on the Jan. 5 episode of The Secret Circle, but she also summoned some serious dark magic for her most epic spell yet — and I’m not talking about the choking spell that almost killed Adam (Thomas Dekker.) That one was a no-no.
‘The Secret Circle’ returns Jan. 5 and I’ve got a few hints about what’s going down in Chance Harbor…
Grab your crystals and slip on your v-necks, kids, because The Secret Circle is finally returning to our lives! I’ve already seen the Jan. 5 winter premiere — so many times I’ve lost count, actually — and at the risk of using my corniest line ever, it’s pretty magical. From sexy grandmas to brooding voodoo witches, I narrowed down the five things I think you’ll be most excited to see on the new episode.
The Jake-Cassie-Adam triangle got even sharper Nov. 10! Join me and my teen-girl emotions as we analyze the situation.
Nothing helps you get over your grief quite like a little revenge, so Faye (Phoebe Tonkin) made it her personal mission to expose Jake (Chris Zylka) on the Nov. 10 episode of The Secret Circle — and expose him she did, with a little help from Adam (Thomas Dekker) who had his own motivations for keeping Cassie (Britt Robertson) and Jake apart.
Do you think there’s still hope for Jake to become a good guy? This week’s episode gave me hope.
A quiet evening at Faye’s (Phoebe Tonkin) grandfather’s cabin turned into a total nightmare on the Nov. 3 episode of The Secret Circle, thanks to a tense game of truth-or-dare, a pesky little ghost, and — oh yeah — a dead body!
Plus, Adam tries to win Diana back! Do you think she should give him a second chance?
If the Oct. 27 episode of The Secret Circle taught me anything, it’s this: Never underestimate the power of a pretty blonde girl in a slutty bumblebee costume! When Luke (Zachary Abel) kidnapped the witches and tried to kill them, Cassie (Britt Robertson) tapped into her dark magic and lit the dude on fire. And as he went down in a blaze of glory, my love for Cassie Blake grew ten-fold. That girl is awesome.
The circle is down one very pouty-faced member after this week’s ‘Secret Circle.’
Well, kids, just because we knew it was going to happen, that doesn’t make it any less sad. Nick (Louis Hunter) met his untimely end at the hands of Charles (Gale Harold) on the Oct. 13 episode of The Secret Circle, after absorbing the demon that was possessing Melissa (Jessica Parker Kennedy.) Remember when Jessica told HollywoodLife.com the episode would be “very telling about [Melissa’s] feelings for Nick?” She wasn’t kidding.
I’m so excited for new CW show ‘The Secret Circle’ to premiere on Sept. 15 and I can’t wait to see more of the love triangle that was such a prominent part of the book! The actor who plays Adam calls himself the ‘male Bella Swan’!
I’ve read and re-read The Secret Circle books more times than I could count. When I realized they were turning the three books into a TV series, following in the footsteps of The Vampire Diaries, also by L.J. Smith and executive produced by Kevin Williamson, I was excited but nervous. I’m one of those fans who hate when things deviate from the novels, and learning that Diana (played by the lovely Shelley Hennig) would be a brunette in the series, really bothered me. I mean, she’s supposed to be all golden and pure and lightness! Anyway, other than that, all of the previews that have been released, including the new ones from Comic-Con have me completely pumped for what looks like an intriguing TV show. The only thing I request is more Diana/Adam/Cassie please!
