In her senior year, she was named the ACC Player of the Year. In 2010, she was the 2nd overall pick by the Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA Entry Draft. In the WNBA offseason, Monica plays for the Dandenong Rangers, a women’s professional basketball team in Australia.
