Adam Jones (born September 30, 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American NFL football player. He played college football at University of West Virginia before he was drafted 6th in the 2005 NFL Draft to the Tennessee Titans. He was given a one-year suspension for off-the-field problems in violation with the NFL player conduct policy. In 2008, Adam was traded to the Dallas Cowboys and reinstated in December 2008. In January 2008, the Cowboys announced they were going to release the cornerback after learning he was a suspect in a June 2007 shooting outside a strip club. In 2010, Adam signed a two-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals and after going through the entire off-season and pre-season without any issues, he made the regular-season roster. in 2013, Adam signed a three-year deal to stay with the Bengals. In 2016, he signed another 3 year deal.
