Richard Marx (born Richard Noel Marx on September 16, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American singer. Over the course of his career, he’s sold over 30 million records. His hit singles include “Endless Summer Nights,” “Now and Forever,” “Hazard” and more. He is also known for his ballads, including “Should’ve Known Better,” “Satisfied” and “Too Late to Say Goodbye.” He was the first solo artist to have first seven singles hit the Top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. He’s also collaborated on songs with other artists like “This I Promise You” by NSYNC and “Dance With My Father” by Luther Vandross. He’s released 11 albums. He married Daisy Fuentes on Dec. 23, 2015. Nearly a year later, he helped restrain a violent passenger for four hours on a flight. But even so, he insists he’s “no hero.” We beg to differ.
