Kelly Clarkson is savage and we absolutely love it! The initial ‘American Idol’ winner first won America’s hearts 14 years ago, and she’s hoping fans make her proud AGAIN during today’s election. But while saying so, she took a dig at her former opponent, Justin Guarini. See the tweet here!
WOW, things have certainly changed! Dozens of past ‘American Idol’ contestants came back for the show’s series finale on April 7…and there were some we didn’t even recognize. Check out some of the crazy transformations here!

Justin Guarini‘s wife Reina Capodici gave birth to a very healthy baby boy named William Neko Bell yesterday at 6:26 a.m! “Reina is doing wonderfully and should be given a medal for going 10 months and 1 week with child,” Justin, 32, tells People. That’s a long time for little William to be in the womb!
We all have trepidations about the new Idol changes, but people who have watched the screener of the first episode (which airs tonight) tell me the FOX reality show has finally returned to its roots!
Do you remember the first season of American Idol? I do. It was 2002 and FOX was trying out a little reality show in the US that had become huge overseas. America fell in love with two virtually unknown singers, Justin Guarini and Kelly Clarkson, and eventually elected Kelly as its first American Idol. I remember sitting on the sofa with my sisters in our family room den in a small town in Montana, voting for Kelly over and over again on our land line. Although simple, the show was inspirational and visceral…and it accomplished exactly what it set out to achieve.
