Call me a sucker for a good twist, but I think a ‘Dair’ baby is exactly what this show needs!
After last night’s game-changing season premiere, Gossip Girl fans worldwide are playing a feverish game of Pin the Tail on the Baby Daddy. But while most seem certain that Blair (Leighton Meester) is either carrying the spawn of Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) or the royal seed of Prince Louis (Hugo Becker), allow me to propose a third potential baby planter — Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley)!
After a summer of guessing who belonged to the abandoned pregnancy test in the Serena and Blair’s trash — the Sept. 26th premiere of ‘Gossip Girl’ reveals TWO Upper Eastsiders are expecting this season!
As we had hoped, the season five premiere of GG kept us on the edge of our seats until the very end. The last time we watched our favorite Upper Eastsiders, Blair (Leighton Meester) was planning on going to Monaco and getting ready to marry Prince Louis after her rendezvous with Chuck (Ed Westwick). Meanwhile, Serena (Blake Lively) was jetting off to LA to spend time with her grandmother and her cousin, Charlie (Kaylee Defer), ended up not being her cousin, but really a girl named Ivy…and Nate (Chace Crawford) and Raina (Tika Sumpter) split. Needless to say, it’s safe to say a lot changed in the heat of the summer.
Dan Humphrey’s tell-all book is on its way to getting published, courtesy of Vanessa, but will it ruin everything for Dan? Can his UES friends ever forgive him? Josh Safran reveals a few hints!
When we last saw Dan Humphrey‘s novel, it was in the hands of a bitter Vanessa Abrams as she sold the “anonymous” work to a publisher. The novel rears its ugly head in the season premiere of Gossip Girl and already begins affecting one of Dan’s female friends whom he has made out with in the past.
Do your girlfriends ever give you positive – but utterly unhelpful – love advice? The gals on Gossip Girl are no different!
BFF’s Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr) have finally taken their relationship to the next level (meaning, they’re doing the deed – repeatedly) on Gossip Girl this season, but naturally, they’re having a few problems because they’ve been stuck in the besties rut for way too long. Cue Dan’s ex, Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively), who puts the pressure on Vanessa to “keep the romance alive by trying new things.”
A ménage à trois, crazy cliffhangers and a John Doe, oh my! Here is what shocked us here at HollywoodLife.com most on the small screen this year.
There’s no denying 2009 was an insane year for scripted TV. Our TiVos had a hard time keeping up with all the fresh new shows (um, who didn’t Glee-k out to “Don’t Stop Believin'” with Mr. Schuester?) and the A-list guest stars (remember Jennifer Aniston puckering up to Alec Baldwin on “30 Rock?”). That said, there were a few jaw-dropping moments we still haven’t erased from our DVRs. Here are our top three OMG-worthy picks. Read more
