Andrea Barber (born Andrea Laura Barber in Los Angeles, California on July 3, 1976) is an American actress. Andrea got her first big break in acting playing the role of the original Carrie Brady on the American soap opera Days of Our Lives. She is perhaps best know however, for her role as Kimmy Gibbler in the 1990s family sitcom Full House. Though she started as just a reoccurring role, Andrea soon became a regular on the show, playing the role from 1987 to 1995. After Full House ended, Andrea retired from acting in order to focus on her personal life. In 2012 however, she reprised the role for a Funny or Die sketch alongside Dave Coulier, her former Full House co-star. In 2015, Andrea announced that she would be officially reprising her role as Kimmy in the Full House spin-off titled Fuller House, airing on Netflix in 2016.

Personal Life:
Andrea Barber is the youngest of Donald Banks and Sherry Barber‘s three children; she has two older brothers, Darin and Justin. In 2002, Andrea married her husband Jeremy Rytky, with whom she shares two children. The couple divorced in 2014.
