Blake Shelton ended up stealing him from John later in the season. With Blake’s help, Paris has made it to the season 21 finale. Over the course of the competition, Paris has performed hits by Luther Vandross, Bill Withers, Eric Clapton, and more.
2. Paris is a Navy veteran.
Paris joined the Navy in 2009 and served as a machinist mate and worked in the engine room, according to his NBC bio. During his time with the Navy, Paris performed at ceremonies on the ship and at the base. He was honorably discharged from the Navy in 2017.
3. Paris was adopted.
Paris was adopted as an infant, according to his NBC bio. He’s never met his biological parents. However, he does know that his mother was a singer and his father was a guitar player.
