Harvey Weinstein‘s sexual assault and rape case sparked the viral #MeToo movement. Since then, the former Hollywood film executive is known as one of the most disgraced names in the business after more than 80 women came forward with accusations against him. Since his controversies were exposed in 2017, Weinstein’s family reportedly distanced themselves from him, including his adult daughters and his ex-spouses — first wife Georgina Chapman and second wife Eve Chilton.
However, Weinstein’s 2020 conviction of two felony sex crimes was overturned by the Court of Appeals in New York in April 2024, which his spokesperson Juda Engelmayer said he was “cautiously excited” about.
“He still has a long road ahead of him because of the Los Angeles case,” Engelmayer told Deadline. “We are studying the ramifications of the appeal right now.”

Second Wife Georgina Chapman
Weinstein was married to his most recent ex-wife from 2007 to 2021. Chapman is a fashion designer and actress. The U.K. native was also a cast member on Project Runway: All Stars from 2012 to 2019. Her ex-husband was a producer for the show.
Chapman began dating Weinstein in 2004. They married in 2007 and share two children together: daughter India and son Dashiell.
In the wake of the sexual assault allegations against Weinstein, he and Chapman separated that year. In 2020, Chapman reportedly moved on by dating Adrien Brody. She and Weinstein finalized their divorce in 2021.
First Wife Eve Chilton
Chilton worked as an assistant at Miramax in the 1980s. She and Weinstein were married from 1987 to 2004. The former spouses share three daughters together: Lily, Emma and Ruth Weinstein.
Since her divorce from Weinstein, Chilton has lived a quiet life in New York City, according to multiple outlets. Per her IMDb page, Chilton has produced a handful of films and TV series.
Lily ‘Remy’ Weinstein
Lily, who is also reportedly known as Remy Weinstein, was born in 1995. Throughout her father’s film production career, Lily attended several events with him. She and Weinstein were photographed together at a Golden Globe Awards after party in 2014. She was last photographed in 2017 in the wake of his sexual abuse allegations.
Emma Weinstein
The details of Emma’s life are not known to the public. Weinstein and Chilton welcomed Emma in 1998.
Ruth Weinstein
In 2002, Weinstein and Chilton welcomed Ruth. She currently lives a life away from the spotlight, and not many details are known about her.
Dashiell & India Weinstein
Dashiell and India are shared by Weinstein and Chapman. Since they are underaged children, Chapman has kept them out of the public eye. India was born in 2010, and Dashiell was born in 2013.
