Troy Ave (born Roland Collins on Nov. 23, 1985 in Brooklyn, New York), is an American rapper. He named himself after his childhood street, Troy Avenue. Troy has two studio albums and countless mixtapes. He has also appeared on The Breakfast Club morning show several times to talk about the music industry. On May 25, 2016, he allegedly opened fire on the crowd at a T.I. concert.
