Triple H (born Paul Michael Levesque on July 27, 1969 in Nashua, New Hampshire) is an American professional wrestler and executive. Triple H watched wrestling for the first time when he was 5 years old, and took up bodybuilding to look more like his wrestling heroes. After graduating high school, he entered bodybuilding competitions before going to train with Killer Kowalski at his school in Massachusetts. He made his professional debut in March 1992, wrestling as Terra Ryzying. He changed his name to Terror Risin’ when wrestling for World Championship Wrestling in 1994, but he would reach his most success with the then-WWF as Hunter Hearst Helmsley, a Connecticut blue-blood. Triple H joined with Shawn Michaels to form Degeneration-X, taking over the group when Shawn left in 1998. Triple H would be involved in the main event scene of WWF/E for the next ten years, fighting with superstars like The Rock, Steve Austin and The Undertaker. Triple H won the WWF Championship 8 times, the World Heavyweight 5 times, the King of the Ring and the Royal Rumble. In 2010, Triple H formally became the Executive Senior Advisor for the WWE. The next year, he became Executive Vice President of Talent and Live events. His titled was changed to Executive Vice-president of Talent, Live Events and Creative, though he still wrestles occasionally. Triple H defeated Roman Reigns in the 2016 Royal Rumble.

Personal Life:
Though Triple H’s relationship with Stephanie McMahon began as part of a storyline in 200, it turned into a real life romance. The two were married in 2003. They have three daughters together. Previously, Triple H famously dated former wrestler, Joanie “Chyna” Laurer. He is a fan of the band Motorhead, who wrote and performed his entrance theme song. He was a close friend of the band’s singer, Lemmy, and spoke at Lemmy’s funeral in Jan. 2016.
