Robby Gordon (born Robert W. Gordon on January 2, 1969 in Cerritos, California) is an American racecar driver. He has raced with NASCAR, CART, IndyCar, Trans-Am, IMSA, IROC and Dakar Rally. He started out in off-road racing, then founded a stadium truck racing series called the Stadium Super Trucks. He began racing sports cars in 1990, then started open-wheel racing and stock car racing. His NASCAR debut was in 1991. Currently, Gordon competes in a series he created in 2013 called the Speed Energy Formula Off-Road series.

Personal Life:
In September 2016, Robby’s father Robert and stepmother Sharon were found dead in their California home as the result of an apparent murder-suicide. Known as “Baja Bob” Gordon, Robby’s father also competed in off-road racing.
