Before moving into a career in the entertainment industry, Nate was an accomplished athlete, who attended Penn State University on a wrestling scholarship. Nate transitioned into a career in acting in the early 2000s, when a talent agent noticed him at an event and told him to move to LA to start auditioning. From there, he was in a number of films: The Secret Life of Bees, Rome & Jewel, Red Hook Summer, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, Arbitrage, Non-Stop, and more.
