Keegan Allen (born Keegan Phillip Allen on July 22, 1989) is an American actor. Though his career is relatively fresh, he has appeared on a number of TV shows, including Nickelodeon’s Big Time Rush and CBS’ CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. He got his big break in 2010 when he was cast as Toby Cavanaugh on ABC Family’s mystery drama Pretty Little Liars, a role that skyrocketed him to teen TV stardom.
