DeAngelo Williams (born DeAngelo Chondon Williams on April 25, 1983 in Little Rock, Arkansas) is an American NFL star. DeAngelo currently plays running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers, previously for the Carolina Panthers. He attended the University of Memphis, and played for the Memphis Tigers. DeAngelo holds the Division I NCAA record for 100-yard rushing games (34) and all purpose yards (7,573). He was selected as a first round draft pick for the Panthers in 2006, and played for the team until signing a contract with the Steelers in 2015.

Personal Life:
DeAngelo married Risalyn Williams in 2016. He has three children with his wife, two daughters and a son. His mother, Sandra Hill, died of breast cancer, and he’s very invested in supporting breast cancer research.
