Aisha Tyler (born on September 18, 1970 in San Francisco, California) is and American talk show host, actress and comedienne. She graduated from Dartmouth college in 1992, and during her time at school, she was part of a co-ed fraternity and helped start an a cappella group on campus. Her career in Hollywood began in 2001, with hosting gigs for Talk Soup and The Fifth Wheel. She had a recurring role as Dr. Charlie Wheeler on Friends, and also appeared on CSI: Miami, Nip/Tuck and 24, then landed a starring role on the first season of The Ghost Whisperer. From there, she began booking movie gigs, and has voiced the character of Lana Kane on FX’s Archer since 2009. Aisha replaced Holly Robinson Peete as a permanent host of The Talk in 2011, and she’s been there ever since. In 2015, she had a recurring role on Criminal Minds while Jennifer Love-Hewitt was on maternity leave.

Personal Life:
Aisha married Jeff Tietjens in 1994, and after nearly 23 years together, he filed for divorce in April 2016. However, court documents revealed that the couple had been separated since Jan. 2015, with irreconcilable differences cited as their reason for the split.
