Bio:
Aaron Lohr (born Aaron Lohr in Los Angeles, California on April 7, 1976) is an American actor, addiction specialist and actress Idina Menzel‘s fiance. He was a child star growing up in LA, working with Disney Studios on both of the Mighty Ducks sequels D2 and D3. He also starred in the their film Newsies. He later was a regular on the TV series Sister Sister and Teen Angel. Aaron starred as Steve in the 2005 film version of Rent. He later went on to get a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from John Jay College in New York, as well as earning a Drug and Alcohol Counseling Certification from UCLA. He currently serves as a Client Liaison and Recovery Specialist at Avalon Recovery Center in Malibu while still taking on occasional acting roles.

Personal Life:
Aaron and Idina officially came out as a couple at the Apr. 2015 White House Correspondents’ Dinner after speculation that their friendship had turned into romance. The pair purchased a $2.6 million home in Encino, CA together  in Aug. 2015. On Sept. 23, 2016, Idina announced that they were engaged to be married.
