Kate Hudson is engaged! The 42-year-old actress shared the happy news with an adorable photo of her and hew new fiance, Danny Fujikawa, 35. In the pic, they were leaning in for a kiss while holding onto each other and standing in front of the ocean as she put her hand on his chest. Her engagement ring could be seen as she flashed a huge smile at her husband-to-be.
Kate also wore a white hoodie and had her long blonde locks with sunglasses over her head in the epic snapshot and Danny wore a purple T-shirt and tan baseball cap. “Let’s go! 👰♀️💒🤵🏻♂️,” the caption for the photo read. Soon after the post was shared, Kate received numerous congratulatory messages from family, friends, and fans.
“Very very great!” one fan enthused while another wrote, “That man is just the luckiest human on the planet. You are sunshine! ☀️” A third called them the “perfect couple” and a fourth excitingly wrote, “So happy for y’all!” Many more simply said, ‘Congratulations” and left heart emojis.
Kate and Danny’s engagement comes four years after they first started dating. The lovebirds were friends for decades before they started their romantic relationship in 2017, and have been going strong ever since. They share daughter, Rani Rose, 2, together while Kate also has son Ryder, 17, with her ex-husband Chris Robinson and son Bingham, 9, with her ex-fiance Matthew Bellamy.
Before they made the commitment to say “I do,” Kate and Danny made sure to enjoy their summer with a trip to Italy. The Almost Famous star shared pics from the special vacation and it showed them walking the streets and enjoying delicious-looking food. She also shared snapshots that included awesome scenery, proving they were both taking in beautiful views the entire time, and her going makeup-free, helping her to show off her natural beauty.
