Dakota Johnson, 31, and Chris Martin, 43, are still going strong! The couple stepped out for a Black Friday coffee date on Nov. 27, in scenic Malibu, California. Spotted in her classic ’66 Ford Mustang Shelby, the pair stayed low profile for the post-holiday outing. The 50 Shades Of Grey actress sported sunglasses and a comfortable all-black ensemble, while Chris wore a long sleeved blue shirt and black pants. In the snaps, they could be seen parking and walking to the café, then heading back to the unique looking vehicle.

Although Chris has been dating Dakota for three years, the couple are rarely seen together. They were last spotted enjoying some late summer weather in the Hamptons in September, escaping their usual home of Los Angeles. Shortly after the getaway, Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson‘s daughter was in Greece where she was working on the movie The Lost Daughter. The film, which was written by Maggie Gyllenhaal and based on the book based on the book by Elena Ferrante, also stars The Crown‘s Olivia Colman. Currently, Dakota is filming Don’t Worry Darling in Los Angeles.

Back in June, Dakota spent a family day with Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow‘s kids. Apple, 16, and Moses, 14, looked so grown up as they walked alongside their dad and Dakota on a gorgeous beach in Malibu on June 13. The outing came as Los Angeles lifted COVID-19 restrictions following a strict two-month lockdown, forcing restaurants, gyms, and other non-essential businesses to close. The group were all-smile as they joined a group of friends for a picnic, also getting into the ocean for some boogie boarding. Dakota stayed casual in a black romper, while Chris — carrying a surf board — wore a black pair of swim trunks.

Chris and Dakota aren’t shy about holding hands or showing affection in public, but the stars have been notoriously low profile when it comes to their romance. The Coldplay frontman appears to have her mom Melanie’s stamp of approval, though. “I adore him!” the 63-year-old gushed to People back in 2018. “But she is very private about her life and I respect that,” Melanie added.
