What timing! Cardi B tried to get her sexy on in a new video on Instagram, when her daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, 2, crashed the clip. On Thursday night, the “WAP” rapper, 28, attempted to show off her cleavage-baring corset and long straight hair with green highlights, when Kulture walked in. “Mommy?,” the little fashionista said, to which Cardi awkwardly replied, “Yes?” The Grammy-winner instantly turned off her sexy antics and went straight into mom mode.

“I can’t even be sexy In peace,” Cardi captioned the clip, which she shared to her Instagram feed despite the interruption. Now, fans can’t get enough of it. “Her switch up from Cardi to mommy mode was amazing,” one fan wrote in the comments. “Kulture said not today,” another joked. Some fans even pointed out that Cardi was channeling singer Billie Eilish, since she sported green highlights in her hair, just like the fellow Grammy-winner. 

Later on, Cardi took to her Instagram Stories to share a few more angles of her outfit. She matched her green eyeshadow to her long nails, and accessorized with a pair of green-tinted glasses. It’s unclear where Cardi was headed in her green-themed look — however, fans are speculating that she joined Kylie Jenner to celebrate the makeup mogul’s new Grinch holiday collection. That same night, Kylie shared an Instagram video of her bright green boots while on her way to an unknown location. 

Fans of both the rapper and reality star-turned cosmetics billionaire will know that the two are quite close. Kylie made a surprise cameo in Cardi’s latest music video for her No. 1 hit, “WAP.” Not to mention, Cardi’s husband, Offset has collaborated musically with Kylie’s on-again, off-again ex, Travis Scott, who is also the father of her daughter, Stormi Webster. Additionally, Cardi has made it known that she’s tight with the Kardashian-Jenner family, especially momager Kris Jenner.
