Priyanka Chopra, 38, and Nick Jonas, 28, looked like a couple in love in their latest celebratory pic. The married couple shared a gorgeous photo of themselves posing together on Nov. 14 while holding two diyas, which are oil lamps made from clay, and gazing into each other’s eyes in honor of Diwali, the festival of lights that celebrates new beginnings and light over darkness for five days. “Happy diwali to everyone celebrating. From our family to yours. ❤️,” Priyanka captioned the snapshot while Nick captioned his with, “Happy Diwali everyone! Sending love and light to all. 🪔”
The sweet photo brought on a lot of compliments from that actress and singer’s followers. In addition to several red heart emojis, one follower called them a “lovely couple” while another wrote, “Picture perfect.” “love how you support each other in everything ❤️,” a third gushed while a fourth simply but effectively wrote, “Awww I love this.”
Priyanka and Nick’s latest pic together comes a little over a week after they wowed with other incredible photos that showed them celebrating Karwa Chauth, a Hindu festival celebrating marriage. Nick shared a post that included a pic of him cuddling his brunette lady love from behind as she wore a bright red dress and matching red lipstick on Nov. 4. “Happy Karva Chauth everyone. Blessed to have my beautiful wife home,” the doting hubby captioned the post.
Before Nick showed off his adoration for his darling wife, she did the same for him when he turned 28 in September. She shared a post of a video compilation that showed off some sweet moments they’ve had together. “So grateful you were born. Happy birthday my love,” she captioned the touching clip.
Like the rest of the world, Priyanka and Nick have been taking in all the celebrations that they can after being in quarantine together for several months due to the coronavirus. The lovebirds have been making the most of their time at home though and Priyanka even admitted that Nick has been teaching her piano, in an interview she gave to Vogue in Apr. “I’ve also started the piano—I make my husband teach me,” she told the outlet. “I’ve never played, but I’ve always wanted to learn an instrument, so I make him give me a half-hour or 45-minute lesson every day.”
