Sources close to Jordan revealed that the reality tv star is spending 30 days in a rehab facility located in Baltimore, Maryland, according to TMZ. Her drinking habits reportedly spiraled out of control earlier this month and she even allegedly lost her job at a gym as a result!
But that’s not even the worst of it. Jordan also reportedly gave herself a concussion after a heavy night of drinking when she stumbled into her mom’s home and fell on her head — ouch! She also recently gave herself a black eye after drinking too much.
The only positive result from these injuries is that they finally made it clear to Jordan that she needs to “get her life together,” according to sources. Sometimes you have to hit rockbottom first — poor Jordan! The mother-of-one doesn’t even live with her 2-year-0ld daughter, Genevieve, anymore. Her baby daddy’s mom took on that responsibility in 2015.
And sadly this isn’t the first time that Jordan’s struggled with personal issues. Back in 2014, the young mom attempted suicide by overdosing on drugs. SO sad. “I felt that there wasn’t much of a reason to live anymore,” the celeb wrote to her fans on Facebook.

After Jordan was released from the hospital though, she claimed that she was finally ready to turn her life around. “Things are really looking up and I am set on having the best possible future for my daughter and I.” Well hopefully after her stint in rehab, she’s truly be able to get her life on track. We wish Jordan nothing but the best during this difficult time.
