Amber describes a shocking attack at the hands of what she says was a very drunken Johnny, who came to her condo following his mother’s May 20 passing. While she initially tried to comfort him, he became obsessed with a friend of hers and it escalated into a violent rage according to her court filing May 27.
She detailed how he, “wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye with great force.” That’s evident in photos of Amber’s right eye that show heavy bruising that runs from above her eyebrow down the cheekbone, the area about the size of a smartphone.
She then claims, “He picked up a magnum sized bottle of wine he’d been drinking out of and started swinging it around, smashing everything he could.” Photos show the wine bottle on the floor along with the spilled vino all over the floor and carpets.
Along with the spilled wine, shattered glass is pictured all over the carpet of the condo. Amber also submitted a picture that shows a beautiful framed photo of the couple with some friends where the glass is completely smashed up. Whatever went down that night looks so scary!
