He was only 26 years old when he welcomed his first son with Kourtney Kardashian, Mason Disick. Their second child, Penelope, was born in 2012, and their son, Reign, came in 2014.

Kourtney and Scott remained close co-parents after their 2016 split, but he would start to distance himself from the Kardashian family after Kourtney’s husband Travis Barker romantically entered the scene in early 2021. Scott opted not to attend Kourtney and Travis’ 2022 nuptials in Italy, and instead spent time on his own.
