Paul Sorvino: Life In Photos — Paul Sorvino was an American actor, born April 13, 1939 in NYC. He was known for his tough roles, playing both cops and gangsters through his career. Onee is his most prominent roles was in Martin Scorsese’s mob movie ‘Goodfellas’. Other notable roles included ‘A Touch of Class’, ‘Reds’, ‘The Rocketeer’, ‘Nixon’, and ‘Romeo + Juliet’. He was the father of actors Mira Sorvino and Michael Sorvino.

Paul passed away on Jul. 25, 2022 at his home in Indiana. Third wife Dee Dee announced the news, sharing ‘Our hearts are broken, there will never be another Paul Sorvino, he was the love of my life, and one of the greatest performers to ever grace the screen and stage.’ He was 83.

Through the years, Paul had quite the career. Here, a very young Paul Sorvino poses at the Bijou Theater where he was directing the play ‘Wheelbarrow Closers’ in 1976. He wore a salt and pepper suit and was ready to give directions.
