Lorde

Lorde — Lorde, 24, is a pop-star from New Zealand. The singer first broke onto the scene in 2013 with her massive hit “Royals” from her debut album ‘Pure Heroine.’ The singer, whose real name is Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O’Connor, followed her first album with the excellent record ‘Melodrama’ in 2017. ‘Melodrama’ included hits like “Green Light” and “Perfect Places.” Lorde is expected to drop her much-anticipated third album ‘Solar Power’ on August 22. She released the title track and first single on June 10.

Lorde has received both critical acclaim and tons of fans for her music. She’s received tons of awards and nominations, but she most notably took home two Grammys in 2014. She won both ‘Song of the Year’ and ‘Best Pop Solo Performance’ for “Royals.” She also received an ‘Album of the Year’ nomination for ‘Melodrama.’
