The singer/actress made her debut during the 1999 event and hasn’t stopped stunning since. Always down to dress up, J. Lo nails the theme year after year with her awesome ensembles.

And beyond her outfits, her arm candy is always worth talking about. Jennifer has attended with exes Diddy, Marc Anthony, and Alex Rodriguez. And hopefully, in 2022 she and two-time fiance Ben Affleck will grace the red carpet together.
