Adam Sandler is a proud family man who radiates major girl dad energy. The Big Daddy star married his wife, Jackie Sandler, in 2003, and the couple has been going strong ever since. Together, they share two daughters — Sadie, born in 2006, and Sunny, born in 2008 — who have grown up in the public eye and occasionally on-screen with their famous dad.

Over the years, both Sadie and Sunny have appeared in several of their father’s films. Most recently, Sunny took on a major role in Happy Gilmore 2 (2025), playing Vienna Gilmore—Happy and Virginia’s daughter—who inspires her father to return to the world of competitive golf. The entire Sandler family also starred in You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah (2023), with Adam playing the father of Sunny and Sadie’s characters. Their mother, Jackie, appeared as a family friend.

As Adam shared in a 2018 interview with HuffPost, “My kids give me the most joy, but there are life adjustments… I don’t go out to meet anyone after 9:30 at night. I eat dinner at 6 or 7. If someone makes me stay out until 10:30 at night, I’m angry the entire next day because I’m exhausted.”
