Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, much of the fall TV season was pushed to January 2021. All of The CW’s series will premiere in January and February 2021. Hit shows like 9-1-1 and spinoff like 9-1-1: Lone Star will premiere their new seasons on January 18. The TV premiere dates of 2021 could change given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Many productions that are filmed in Los Angeles, including Grey’s Anatomy, This Is Us, and 9-1-1, have halted their productions due to the current surge of COVID-19 cases in the area, accoriding to our sister site Deadline. The shows will remain on holiday hiatus until at least January 18.
