He started his career in 1995 and made appearances on small TV shows. Since then Simon has been in many successful films. He is currently promoting his latest flick, Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation alongside Tom Cruise.

Simon Pegg is best known for co-writing and starring in Shaun of the Dead along with the other films in the Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy. He is also best known for his role as Benji Dunn in the Mission: Impossible series.

Simon Pegg is happily married to his wife Mauren Pegg for 10 years. The two tied the knot on July 23, 2005 and later had a child together named Matilda in 2009. The actor has a close relationship with Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, he is the Godfather to their daughter Apple.
